Хлористощелочное концентрированное низкопенное моющее средство. Предназначено для удаления жировых и белковых загрязнений. Может использоваться ручным распылением, в CIP-системах, в проточных моющих машинах для дезинфицирующей мойки во всех областях пищевой промышленности.
Состав:
Вода, щелочные детергенты, диспергаторы отложений, эмульгаторы, смачиватели, неионогенные ПАВ (менее 5%), гипохлорит натрия.
Внешний вид и запах: жидкость коричневого цвета с характерным запахом.
Концентрация водородных ионов (pH): 14,0
Плотность при 20°С: 1,25 г/см3
Рекомендуемая рабочая температура: 10°-80°С
Области применения:
Используется в проточных моющих машинах для дезинфицирующей мойки во всех областях пищевой промышленности
Способы применения:
Концентрация 0,2 – 2,0%
Температура 20-800С
Время воздействия от 30 сек до 10 мин
Условия применения зависят от вида и степени загрязнений, от способа промывки, от использования механического воздействия в процессе мойки. Для использования в CIP-мойке и моющих машинах дозирование происходит с помощью электроуправляемых насосов.
