концентрированное моющее средство
Концентрированное моющее средство “Блеск” предназначено для механизированной мойки различной стеклянной тары в автоматических и полуавтоматических моющих машинах .
Область применения - ликеро-водочная, пивобезалкогольная и пищевая промышленность.
Техническая характеристика
Концентрированное моющее средство “Блеск” представляет собой жидкость от светло-желтого до светло-коричневого цвета со слабым запахом щелочи.
В состав средства входят поверхностно-активные вещества, щелочные добавки, дезинфицирующий компонент.
Средство “Блеск” обладает высокой моющей и обезжиривающей способностью.
“Блеск” легко растворяется вводе, имеет малое пенообразование.
При использовании средства увеличился блеск отмытых бутылок .
Готовый продукт “Блеск” и приготовленные рабочие растворы не обладают специфическими выделениями. Нетоксичен. Взрыво- и пожаробезопасен. Средство не способно образовывать токсичных соединений в присутствии других веществ и факторов.
Выбросов загрязняющих веществ в природную среду нет.
Технология применения
Средство “Блеск” применяется в виде водных растворов.
Мойка стеклотары в бутылкомоечных машинах типа мод. Б3-АМЕ производится рабочим раствором в концентрациях 1,0-2,0 %. Оптимальная концентрация определяется в зависимости от местных условий, жесткости применяемой воды, характера загрязнений.
Рекомендуемый расход м.с.”Блеск” составляет от 90 до 180 кг на одну заправку (9 куб. м). Рекомендуемый срок работы одной заправки - 3 смены.
Рекомендуемая температура рабочего раствора 40-80 С.
После выполнения операции мойки, отмываемую поверхность обязательно прополоскать чистой водопроводной водой.
Безопасность и хранение.
1.Не допускать попадания концентрата средства и его рабочих растворов на кожу и слизистые оболочки. При попадании - немедленно промыть под струей воды.
2. Средство “Блеск” пожаро-, взрывобезопасно.
3.Средство рекомендуется хранить в крытых складских помещениях в плотно закрытой непрозрачной таре при положительных температурах.
4.Средство замерзает, после размораживания сохраняет свои свойства.
